2Will I have to track everything?
For a 3-7 day experiment, yes. This short initial tracking period provides insight, but afterward, tracking is based on your preferences. Some clients find success with occasional tracking, while others prefer a structured approach. Together, we’ll find what suits you best.
3Can I drink alcohol?
Yes, moderation is key. Our founder is Irish-Canadian and understands the social role alcohol can play. We’ll work on a balanced plan that lets you enjoy occasional drinks without hindering your progress.
4Do I need to cut out carbs?
